Logistics Sector Eyes Strong Q1 Growth
News: India’s Logistics Sector Revenue Growth is expected to report strong revenue growth in the June quarter, driven by rising demand from e-commerce, quick commerce, supply chain outsourcing, and improving freight activity across the country.
Volume growth, network expansion, and new customer acquisitions are expected to boost revenues for leading logistics companies, including CONCOR, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and TCI.
However, higher fuel prices, pricing pressure, and integration costs are likely to keep profit margins under pressure. CONCOR is expected to benefit from stronger import-export and domestic freight volumes, while Delhivery’s growth will be supported by the Ecom Express integration and expanding parcel business. Blue Dart may see margin improvements through pricing discipline and network optimisation, while TCI continues to benefit from robust warehousing and supply chain demand despite rising transportation and bunker fuel costs.
