Aegis Logistics Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Singapore

The move comes as Aegis expands beyond its core LPG operations into ammonia infrastructure, including a 36,000-tonne ammonia storage terminal under development at Pipavav, Gujarat, in which Japan’s ITOCHU acquired an initial stake in August 2026. The Singapore entity is expected to support the international dimension of this expansion, including cross-border investment and partnership structuring.

For bulk liquid and gas logistics operators, the move signals continued investment in India’s ammonia and clean-energy-adjacent storage infrastructure, an area gaining importance as ammonia is increasingly used as both an industrial input and a potential hydrogen carrier for future energy supply chains.
