ESR to Build 60-Acre Industrial & Logistics Park in Pune

News: ESR has acquired 60 acres in Pune to develop the ESR Talegaon Industrial and Logistics Park, a ₹650 crore project with a development potential of 1.35 million sq. ft.

The park will feature six Grade A buildings catering to automotive, FMCG, logistics, e-commerce, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Strategically located near NH-48, the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, and the Talegaon–Chakan Road, it offers strong multimodal connectivity to Mumbai, JNPT, Pune, and key manufacturing clusters.

The project strengthens ESR’s growing footprint in Maharashtra and Western India.

Aligned with ESR’s ESG 2030 Roadmap, the park will focus on sustainability through energy- and water-efficient systems, renewable power, smart park management, and IGBC Gold or Platinum green building standards.
