India Rises as Leading Logistics Hub in APAC
News: India is rapidly becoming the top warehousing and logistics hub in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with nearly 70% of occupiers planning expansion over the next two years, according to CBRE’s 2025 Logistics Occupier Survey.
Over 80% of Indian firms expressed strong growth intent, driven by stable macroeconomics, infrastructure upgrades, and rising consumption.
Around 84% prefer ESG-compliant, automated facilities. Key cities like Nagpur, Indore, and Coimbatore are emerging logistics hubs. With warehousing stock expected to double by 2030 and strong government support, India is set to lead APAC’s logistics transformation.
