We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Fulfilment Centre Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) fulfilment centre. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing high-volume warehousing, leading diverse teams, and delivering exceptional service to multiple clients across various industries. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, timely fulfilment, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
  • Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with client-specific SLAs.
  • Optimize layout and storage systems to improve workflow and space utilization.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff including supervisors, team leads, and associates.
  • Develop labour schedules based on order volumes and operational needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs for continuous development.

Inventory & System Management:

  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of WMS systems, inventory control, and order fulfilment processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience is a plus.
