PLI, startups and logistics reforms fuel India
News: DPIIT’s 2025 Year-End Review highlights strong progress across manufacturing, startups, logistics, and ease of doing business, reinforcing India’s global competitiveness.
Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes across 14 sectors attracted ₹1.88 lakh crore in investments, generated over ₹17 lakh crore in output, supported ₹7.5 lakh crore in exports, and created 12.3 lakh jobs.
Startup India has recognised over 2 lakh startups, generating 21 lakh jobs, with strong women participation. Logistics reforms advanced under PM GatiShakti, with 27 states notifying logistics policies and ULIP enabling large-scale data integration.
Compliance reductions, faster approvals via the National Single Window System, rising patent filings, industrial corridor development, steady industrial growth, and robust FDI inflows underline India’s momentum as a manufacturing and investment hub.
