Greater Noida Approves Alignments for Multimodal Transport and Logistics Hubs
News: Greater Noida Authority has approved key alignments for the Multimodal Transport Hub (MMTH) and Multimodal Logistics Hub (MMLH) during its 141st board meeting.
These projects will now be incorporated into the Master Plan 2041. A 1.8 km elevated metro link will connect the Greater Noida Depot to the MMTH along the 105-metre road, improving last-mile connectivity.
The MMLH at Bodaki will be linked to the Dedicated Freight Corridor through a new railway line to New Dadri station, enabling smooth freight movement between Mumbai and Kolkata.
Officials confirmed that the Integrated Industrial Township, MMTH and MMLH are being developed with the National Industrial Corridor Corporation, with the new railway alignment expected to significantly ease industrial cargo flow.
