GMR Hyderabad Airport Completes Full Acquisition of Logistics Joint Venture
News: GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (GHIAL) has acquired the remaining 70% stake in ESR GMR Logistics Park Pvt. Ltd. (EGLPPL), making it the sole owner.
GHIAL’s unit, GMR Hyderabad Aerotropolis Ltd., already held a 30% stake.
The ₹41 crore acquisition followed a share purchase agreement with ESR Group and all regulatory approvals. The move aims to strengthen GMR’s airport-centric logistics infrastructure in Hyderabad. Following the announcement, GMR Airports Ltd. shares rose 1.44% to ₹84.75 on the BSE.
